General Requirements

TA's must have:

1. Good communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels;

2. Sufficient knowledge of English in order to understand spoken and written instructions;

3. The ability to cooperate with others and to function effectively in a team situation;

4. Integrity; and

5. The ability to maintain confidentiality.
